Camino is all about cooking up delicious food with quality local ingredients.  All of our seafood comes from Southeast Alaska, mostly from Lynn Canal.  When it comes to produce, most of what we serve is grown right here in the Chilkat Valley.  Because communities thrive when we support each other.  

Plus, fresh is best.
